Orders & Shipping

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Lounge Styles works closely with its suppliers to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate. In the unlikely event that the price of your order changes before we accept your order, we will contact you and ask you to confirm that you wish to proceed at the amended price.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@loungestyles.com.au

Shipping Policy

Lounge Styles offers Free-shipping on all smaller goods, Shipping & Delivery for bulky/heavy items such as all Coffee Tables are offered at flat-rates on orders to VIC, SA, NSW, ACT & QLD. For orders to WA/NT/TAS - Shipping Cost will be quoted once an order has been placed. 

In very exceptional cases where delivery may result in unusually high freight charges (including, but not limited to, remote delivery locations, inner-city deliveries, island deliveries, etc.), Lounge Styles reserves the right to cancel an order. Please contact us first if you'd like to check if your location may be subject to unusually high freight charges.

Note: Freight for all in stock items has been calculated and added to your invoice using the most appropriate carrier for the destination/type of goods listed.
·         Standard freight service quoted includes drop off only to ground floor location
·         Deliveries to upper levels or where additional services such as unpack/rubbish removal will require quotation prior to despatch
·         Re-direction of freight once despatched will incur redelivery charges
·         Futile and redelivery charges will apply if special instructions are not provided at time of order processing
·         No responsibility will be taken for goods authorised to be left if property unattended

·         All deliveries are carried out based on the assigned carriers daily runs. Every effort will be made to try and meet any special instructions provided in advance
